What the SodaTide website is
An information site operated by a retail desk. Soddatide sells SodaTide; it did not formulate it, does not manufacture it and does not operate the checkout.
Every product fact here comes from one of four places: the label artwork, the distributor's batch paperwork, the seller's published page, or a cited piece of published research. Where those disagree, the label governs, and the disagreement is printed rather than smoothed over. The clearest example on this site is the gap between the sales page's weight-loss language and the three claims printed on the bottle.
Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for reading the panel on the bottle you receive. Where this website and that panel differ, the panel is right.

What is not covered by these SodaTide terms
Three things, each of which belongs to somebody else and each of which is worth knowing about before it matters.
The transaction. Payment, despatch, delivery and the refund itself are handled by the seller and its order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. This site cannot see an order and cannot act on one.
The product. SodaTide is manufactured for the brand owner, not by this desk. Questions about formulation go through the order desk to the brand rather than to a retailer's editorial address.
Your clinical situation. Nothing here can account for what else you take or what you are being treated for. That is a conversation with whoever prescribes for you, and it is a short one: name the product, say it is a fermentable fibre and a probiotic blend, and say that the label prints no amounts.
