Refund PolicyThe SodaTide Refund Policy: Five Steps, In Order
Refund requests go to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Opened bottles are included and the seller asks for at least thirty days of use first. Return postage is the buyer's cost, the return goes to the Third Avenue address, and processing takes three to five business days followed by five to ten on the card.

Call the order desk with your order ID
The number is on the order email and in the footer here. The website address cannot see orders, so it cannot start a refund.
Ask for a return authorisation and the return address
Do not post bottles back before you have it. An unannounced parcel can be refused.
Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box
A box with no name in it is the commonest reason a refund stalls.
Post it with tracking, at your own cost
Return postage is the buyer's. Keep the tracking number until the refund lands.
Expect 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card

Three things that delay a SodaTide refund
No order ID
The commonest cause by a distance. The order desk looks orders up by ID, and without one the call starts with a search through an email address and a postcode. Keep the order email; by the time it matters it will be well down an inbox.
A parcel posted before authorisation
An unannounced return arrives at a warehouse as an anonymous box and can be refused. The authorisation is what tells the receiving end to expect it and what to do with it.
No paperwork inside the box
Full name, email address and order ID, on a sheet of paper, inside the carton. A box with nothing in it but bottles cannot be matched to an order, and the tracking number on the outside is not enough on its own.
A few dollars, and it is the difference between a refund that proceeds and one that becomes an argument about whether a parcel arrived. Keep the tracking number until the money is on the card.
What the SodaTide guarantee does not cover
